Working with us
Visits, timelines and what happens on site.
Yes. The initial consultation and the first site survey are both free, with no obligation to go ahead. You only pay once you've accepted a written quote.
We cover all of Calgary — north-west, south-west, south-east, north-east and the inner city — plus Airdrie, Cochrane, Okotoks, Chestermere, Strathmore, High River and the towns, acreages and county land around them. If you're further out, get in touch and we'll tell you honestly whether we can service the job properly.
A grab bar or rail is usually a single visit. A bathroom rebuild typically runs one to three weeks on site, and we give you the schedule before we start.
Funding
Funding and assessments
Grants, credits and occupational therapy.
Often, yes. Several grant and credit programs cover part or all of the cost, and eligibility depends on your circumstances rather than the size of the job. We help you match the work to the right program.
Not for most private work. Many funding programs do ask for an assessment, and we can work alongside your OT or point you to one if you don't have one yet.
Works
The work itself
Renting, disruption, guarantees and upkeep.
Usually. Structural changes need the landlord's written consent, which we can help you request. Smaller works such as rails or threshold adjustments are often straightforward.
We plan around the rooms you need. Where a bathroom or kitchen is out of action, we tell you at quote stage how long that will be and what we do to keep water and power on.
Yes. Installation work is covered by a written workmanship warranty, and products carry their manufacturer's warranty. Both are handed over at the final review.
