What we do with the information you send us, in plain language.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, email address, phone number, area, the parts of the home you select and the message you write. We also record how you heard about us so we know what's working.
Why we collect it
Only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a survey, prepare a quote, and support a funding application if you ask us to. We don't use enquiry details for marketing you haven't asked for.
Who sees it
The team members who need it to respond to you. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with anyone else unless you've asked us to (for example, a funding body assessing an application).
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become work are kept for two years and then removed. Project records, quotes and certificates are kept for as long as required for warranty and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email hello@accessivelivingcalgary.com or call (403) 690-7637 and we'll handle it directly.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set advertising cookies. Any analytics used is limited to aggregated page activity, and is never combined with the details you submit in the contact form.
