Funding & resources

Explore funding before you commit to the work.

Several programs cover part or all of the cost of an adaptation. Eligibility depends on your circumstances rather than the size of the job — and the paperwork is easier if you know which one you're applying to before work starts.

Applying

Three steps, in order.

01

Work out which program fits

Eligibility usually turns on who lives in the home and what the work is for, not on the size of the job. We'll tell you which ones are worth your time.

02

Get the evidence together

Most programs want an assessment and a written quote. We provide the quote, and can work alongside your occupational therapist for the assessment.

03

Apply, then build

Where a program approves before work starts, we hold the schedule until you have the decision. Where it reimburses afterwards, we tell you that up front.

Paperwork

What we supply for your application.

  • An itemised written quote in the format the program expects
  • Specification details and photographs of the space
  • Confirmation of the works once they're complete
  • Invoices and warranty certificates for reimbursement claims

Questions

About funding.

All FAQs

Often, yes. Several grant and credit programs cover part or all of the cost, and eligibility depends on your circumstances rather than the size of the job. We help you match the work to the right program.

Not for most private work. Many funding programs do ask for an assessment, and we can work alongside your OT or point you to one if you don't have one yet.
